First Aid Services is a proud and approved provider at the San Diego Convention Center. Working our first convention at SDCC 32 years ago! Our team is well trained on the meeting spaces, floors and overall 2.6 million sqft of space available to you and your patrons. We collaborate closely with SDCC management, security and onsite team members to help ease event medical planning and performance.
Trained Staff
Our teams convention teams are familiar! Starting with event medical specific needs to the ins and outs of the San Diego Convention Center. Rest assure we have you covered and will coordinate appropriately with convention and venue staff.
Customized Gear
Our SDCC gear is customized to provide all necessary Basic Life Savings skills to handing out hundreds of bandaids and over the counter medications. We even provide First Aid Station signage and you can request extra wheelchairs and supplies as needed.
Excellent Reporting
SDCC receives an end of shift (EOS) report after each event day which is then summarized for your event and in your portal! Know exactly how many encounters our team has had at your convention or meeting to help plan for next year and keep track.
Convention Liason
Tony McQuien - EMT
First Aid Services offers a dedicated on site conventions and meetings liason. The liason ensures that each staff member coming through SDCC is always fully prepared, trained, stocked with necessary equipment and gear and insures proper communications between the venue and our trusted clients.
Tony is a seasoned Event Medical EMT with over 20 years of experience at SDCC alone.
